Returns & Replacement Policy
We work really hard to bring you great quality in the selection, curation, and craftsmanship of all items included in the box. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via the contact us form and we will try our best to set things right by you. Please include your order number and as much detail on the issue as possible. Unfortunately we do not take any returns at this time.
If you find items are damaged or missing in your box, please email email@example.com immediately and we will send a replacement activity. Please note that some activities are custom made for the boxes and it might not be possible for us to replace. However, we will find a way to make it right by you. Thank you for understanding.
